Reverend Brian Carswell Flannagan, Sr. is a passionate and purpose-driven servant of God, whose ministry is marked by unwavering faith, dynamic leadership, and heartfelt service to both church and community. Licensed in 2013 and ordained in 2017, Rev. Flannagan has faithfully answered the call to shepherd souls and uplift lives. His journey in ministry has included pivotal leadership roles, notably as Head of Evangelism at Potter’s House Ministries, where he cultivated a culture of bold witness and compassionate engagement with the community. Since 2019, he has also served as Chaplain for the historic Westinghouse Bulldogs Football Team, offering spiritual guidance and mentorship to young athletes. In 2023, Rev. Flannagan embraced a new chapter as Assistant Pastor at Mt. Zion Baptist Church of West Newton. Just a year later, he was called to lead as Senior Pastor of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Coraopolis, where he now serves with vision, compassion, and a deep commitment to biblical truth. His recent appointment to the Ecumenical Committee of the Baptist Ministers Conference of Pittsburgh and Vicinity reflects his growing influence and dedication to unity within the broader faith community. Beyond the pulpit, Rev. Flannagan is a devoted husband to Miadia Carswell Flannagan and a proud father to Brian Jr.—his greatest earthly blessings and partners in faith.
